Juventus President Andrea Agnelli has described the qualities and flaws of his ex-Coach Antonio Conte.
Conte met the Juventus board of directors at the Gran Gala del Calcio's prize ceremony yesterday, where he was voted Coach of the Year.
Agnelli, also present at the celebration, was asked specifically to describe a flaw and a quality of the Coach that won his team three consecutive Scudetti.
The Bianconeri top man suggested that Conte could have done with some more patience.

“He is perhaps a bit touchy, especially when you tell him that something isn't going the way that he wants it to.
“As for a quality, that's tenacity, for sure.”
Juventus were voted Team of the Year and had seven of their players in the best XI.
