Emerson Palmieri’s agent Fernando Garcia says Chelsea won’t allow the Italy international to join Inter on a free loan in January.
The former Roma defender is a long-time target of the Nerazzurri but Chelsea are not going to let him join the Serie A giants for free, according to the player’s agent.
“Absolutely not, Chelsea want to possibly monetise his sale, not having financial liquidity is a problem,” Fernando Garcia told FCInternews.com.

The 26-year-old has only seven appearances in all competitions so far this season and Inter are not the club interested in securing his services in the winter transfer window.
“Some clubs have already sounded him out, but I can reveal which ones.
“We haven’t discussed his price-tag yet,” he concluded.
Despite lack of playing time with the Blues, is a key player for Roberto Mancini’s Italy.
He made his senior international debut with the Azzurri in 2018, playing 12 games since.
