The Giallorossi have still not offered a new contract to veteran Morgan De Sanctis, who is currently backup to Wojciech Szczęsny.
The latter is on loan from Arsenal, and while it’s not clear if he’ll return to the Giallorossi for next season, Viviano’s representative believes the pair could co-exist.
“I confirm that Emiliano was offered to Roma,” Claudio Vigorelli said on Rete Sport.
