The agent of Napoli midfielder Mirko Valdifiori insists his client is “still useful” to Coach Maurizio Sarri.
The playmaker joined the Partenopei from Empoli this summer, following the tactician from Tuscany to Naples, but has struggled for playing time recently.
“Mirko is fine, he’s almost in top condition,” Mario Giuffredi assured Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.

“Mirko is fine, he’s almost in top condition,” Mario Giuffredi assured Radio Kiss Kiss Napoli.
“I’m very calm, the season will end in May, there’s still a long way to go. At first we were very excited, like everyone. Now we know he will have to wait.
“He’s spent a few months settling-in, but now he’s ready and can win a starting spot.
“Players like Valdifiori, [Manolo] Gabbiadini and [Christian] Maggio are still useful to Sarri’s project.”
Giuffredi also addressed rumours Daniele Rugani could move to the Vesuviani, having barely featured for Juventus.
“He’s a player who knows Sarri’s methods off by heart. He’s one of the those players who is fundamental and essential to a Coach’s project.
“He’d give the team a leap in quality.”
