Mario Pasalic's agent once again assures that his injuries are healed: 'Milan, you'll see why everyone was talking about him'.

The Croatian joined the Rossoneri amid fears that his herniated disc had not completely healed, but so far no problems have been reported from training.

“He's extremely happy but at the same time he's staying calm,” his agent Vincenzo Cavaliere told MilanNews.it. “Croatians always have this typical reaction, he doesn't show very much emotion but he's certainly happy about his decision.

“He can cover all three roles in the midfield. He's a player with great technique and physicality, he can play with his left and right foot equally well.

“He can cover [Riccardo] Montolivo's role, but also play as a mezzala on the left or on the right. At Monaco he even played as a half-striker.

“He counts more than 70 matches and several goals in the most important championships of Europe. He did pick up a bit of experience, as youngsters get more playing time abroad.

“He was often used in Spain and in France. He's very experienced in spite of his age.”

The agent was then asked to go into greater detail on Pasalic's back problems.

“He had a bulge between the vertebrae, but it wasn't something serious and he's fine now. He's training at some intense rhythms.

“It wasn't so bad that a surgery was necessary, it only took him time because he needed to find the right healing method, but now he's 100 per cent healed.

“He loves Milan and in Croatia there are many Rossoneri fans. He grew up watching Milan's victories in the Champions League.

“From a footballing point of view he's a Serie A player, for his physicality and his technique. He's strong tactically too. He's a great professional.

“This could be the year of his consecration. Last year he wasted a little bit of time because of his injury, but he'd already picked up experience in significant football by then and everyone was talking about him. Let's hope this is a good year for him and for Milan.”
