Kostas Manolas received “strong interest from Manchester City, Chelsea and Manchester United,” but could sign a new Roma contract, said his agent.

The Greek defender arrived from Olympiacos two years ago and there was a clause in his contract meaning a large percentage of the fee would go to his former club if the Giallorossi sold him on before September 2016.

“It is possible that Kostas will sign a new deal at Roma and we will see what they have got to say,” agent Ioannis Evangelopoulos told ESPN FC.
