The agent of Inter starlet Rey Manaj says a January move ‘would be risky’ but that a decision will be made in December.

The highly rated 18-year-old signed for the Nerazzurri in the summer but has struggled to break into the first team.

This has led to rumours of the Albanian being loaned out in January, but agent Alberto Maria Fontana has underlined that they will not rush into a decision on his future.

“We will make evaluations together but not in a hurry,” Fontana told FCInterNews.

This has led to rumours of the Albanian being loaned out in January, but agent Alberto Maria Fontana has underlined that they will not rush into a decision on his future.

“We will make evaluations together but not in a hurry,” Fontana told FCInterNews.

“When Rey arrived in Milan we thought would have to play partly with the Primavera side and partly with the first team, but now he’s found himself to be Mancini’s player in every respect.

“I think in January he’s as likely to play elsewhere as to stay.

“Working every day at a big club like Inter definitely helps, albeit with less playing time.

“Then if you leave you have to be sure about the decision. Luckily Ausilio is a certainty, he always talks with the Coach and the ideas are very clear.

“However in December we will take the best decision together with the club.

“He’s only 18 years old. If he was 24 or 25 I would tell him to change, without doubt.

“But being so young, a change of team in January would be somewhat risky. In the summer everything is easier.

"I have read so much and heard so many rumours, but if someone really wanted Manaj they would call me right away. There haven’t been any concrete chances before now.”
