The 29-year-old helped Portugal win Euro 2016 and earned a move to Leicester from Sporting CP the following summer.

However, he was unable to play for the Foxes in the first half of the 2017-18 season due to his deadline-day transfer going through 14 seconds late.

Silva has gone on to play just 21 times for the 15-16 Premier League champions, with just five of those appearances coming this term.
