Luis Enrique has reportedly stepped in and blocked Adriano’s proposed switch from Barcelona to Roma.
Reports over the weekend had speculated that the Brazilian was in line for a €10m switch out to the Italian capital and had provisionally agreed to a €2.5m contract.
However, the Corriere dello Sport indicate that the Catalan club’s new Coach Luis Enrique has blocked the transfer from going through.

It is believed that the deal has collapsed almost entirely, with the Giallorossi now speculated as considering alternative targets, including Davide Santon, Juan Bernat, Gabriel Silva and Mimmo Criscito.
