Napoli held their end-of-season dinner on Thursday night, barely 24 hours after De Laurentiis and Sarri were locked in talks about the Coach’s future.
“I say ‘thank you’ for this great season, which I define cinematically as ‘great beauty’,” remarked the President during a toast.

Napoli will finish the campaign with their highest-ever points tally in Serie A, although it will not be enough to take the Scudetto from Juventus.
