Sassuolo defender Francesco Acerbi is reportedly in negotiations for a summer transfer to Lazio.
The 30-year-old is in the form of his life and played in all 38 Serie A games this season.
According to the Corriere dello Sport, Simone Inzaghi has requested Acerbi’s experience to bolster the back line after the departure of Stefan de Vrij for Inter.
The offer on the table from Lazio is believed to be €7m, but Sassuolo are holding out for €10m.
