Ignazio Abate believes Milan must win their next three League games if they want to collect the Scudetto.

The Rossoneri are three points clear of Napoli at the top of the table with just six League matches of the season remaining.

"It will be fundamental to collect nine points from our next three games," the Italian said ahead of the ties versus Sampdoria, Brescia and Bologna.

"We knew that we had to get a victory," the former Torino youngster continued. "It was a triumph that has left fate in our hands.

"With the win we maintained the three point gap we have over Napoli and the five point advantage against Inter."

Milan have suffered a blow today though with the news that Zlatan Ibrahimovic will miss the next three Serie A games through suspension.
