Riccardo Montolivo has admitted that qualifying for the World Cup with two games to spare is a great incentive ahead of tomorrow.

Italy play the Czech Republic in Turin on Tuesday, knowing that a win would see them into the tournament in Brazil next summer.

“Qualifying with two games to spare? Of course it’s a great incentive,” he told a Press conference. “Playing at a World Cup can change the life of any player.

“We are all aware of what it means. We feels close to the goal, but we have to be careful.

“Czech Republic put us in a lot of trouble last time out.

“We have the right mix of players in this squad – some with experience and others less so. But everyone has great talent.”
