Juventus midfielder Weston McKennie reveals he once went to Milan with his teammate Moise Kean and joined Rafael Leao to ‘record a song.’

McKennie and his compatriot Timothy Weah have released an interview with DAZN ahead of Sunday’s Serie A game between Milan and Juventus at San Siro.

They spoke about their personal and professional life, including their passions outside of football.

Both American midfielders are passionate about music, something they share with many other players at Juventus and in Serie A.

“I write a lot when I am at home and I am not tired. I sit and write music. My best friend is a producer so we do little things together,” said Weah. “I want to get into writing professionally for artists. I think it’s fun. We have so much time to ourselves to just sit in front of the TV and play video games.”

When the journalist noted that Rafael Leao had told him exactly the same thing, McKennie added: “I have a song with him as well. Me and Moise went to Milan one day we were free to record a song.”
