Bologna have officially ended transfer speculation from Lazio, Fulham and Sassuolo by extending Riccardo Orsolini’s contract to 2027.
The attacking right-sided winger had been considering his options this summer after five years at the Stadio Dall’Ara.
There was interest from several different clubs, including Lazio, Sassuolo and a potential move to the Premier League for Fulham.
However, it was announced today that Orsolini has instead signed a new contract that will run to June 2027.
Last season, Orsolini scored 11 goals and provided four assists in 34 competitive appearances between Serie A and the Coppa Italia for Bologna.
The 26-year-old started out in the Ascoli youth academy and then joined Juventus in 2017, moving through Atalanta to Bologna in January 2018.
