The 25-year-old had first come to Serie A for Sassuolo in January 2019, before his sale to Juventus for €19.5m.

Demiral played 91 Serie A games, contributing five goals and four assists from centre-back.
Al-Ahli have also signed Roma defender Roger Ibanez, Manchester City winger Riyad Mahrez, Allan Saint-Maximin from Newcastle United, Barcelona midfielder Franck Kessie, Liverpool striker Roberto Firmino and Chelsea goalkeeper Edouard Mendy this summer.
