Fenerbahce are preparing to lodge a new offer with Milan for the transfer of midfielder Rade Krunic according to reports from Calciomercato.com.

According to the Italian outlet, Krunic already has an agreement in place with Fenerbahce and is pushing for a move to Istanbul, where he would join compatriot and former Inter striker Edin Dzeko, who joined earlier this summer.

Fenerbahce had put in an initial offer of €4m, but Milan have no intention of letting the Bosnian go for anything under €10m.

Calciomercato believe that Fenerbahce will put in a new offer for Krunic at the beginning of next week.

Krunic was signed for a fee of €8.6m in 2019 and is currently contracted until the summer of 2025.

Unlike the recently departed Ante Rebic, Krunic is still part of Stefano Pioli’s plans for the upcoming season, particularly after the sale of Sandro Tonali and the injury to Ismael Bennacer at the end of last season.
