The atmosphere in Tirana was only half of it, as 50,000 Roma fans celebrated the Conference League triumph at the Stadio Olimpico too.
The Giallorossi won the trophy in the Capital of Albania by beating Feyenoord 1-0 on Wednesday evening.
Only a few thousand could get tickets to the match, so another 50,000 packed into the Stadio Olimpico to watch the game together on maxi-screens.
They celebrated wildly at Nicolò Zaniolo’s decisive goal, then all rushed onto the pitch at the final whistle, as Roma won their first European trophy since the Fairs Cup in 1961.
