Weston McKennie has received plenty of messages from his Juventus teammates after sustaining an ankle injury that will keep him out of action for two months.
The USMNT international sustained an ankle fracture in the second half of Juventus’ Champions League clash against Villarreal on Tuesday.
He immediately underwent medical checks at a local hospital at Vila-Real and exams highlighted a double fracture in his left ankle. Juventus have confirmed that the player will remain out of action for at least two months.

The 23-year-old posted his first picture after the injury on Instagram and shared the messages received from some of his Juventus teammates.
Among them, Leonardo Bonucci, Alvaro Morata and Juan Cuadrado who also mentioned Kaio Jorge. The Brazilian starlet sustained a sprained trauma of his right knee yesterday and will undergo surgery in the coming hours.
