Theo Hernandez proved that he kept his promise by dyeing his hair red and black after Milan qualified for the Champions League.

The full-back had made the pledge several months ago and helped them achieve their aim with seven goals and six assists in 33 Serie A games.

The Rossoneri finished second in Serie A and returned to the top European competition after a seven-year absence.

“Promises must be maintained,” wrote Theo on his Instagram alongside a picture of his new spectacular hairstyle.

It remains to be seen if he’ll keep it for the start of the 2021-22 campaign, but it does show his commitment to Milan after reports of interest from Paris Saint-Germain.

He was purchased from Real Madrid for €21.5m in the summer of 2019 and became a key figure in Stefano Pioli’s squad at San Siro.

In 45 competitive appearances during this season, the Frenchman scored eight goals and provided eight assists for his club teammates.
