According to Sky Sport Italia and Sportitalia, they are down to the details and PSG director Leonardo is in direct contact with the Inter board to finalise the paperwork.

The deal will be done for circa €65m plus easy to achieve bonuses and add-ons that will take the total to a minimum of €70m.
This is just below the original €80m asking price, as the Nerazzurri quickly realised it was best to get the agreement resolved by June 30.
Sunday had been set as the likely deadline earlier this week and the two clubs are fully on track to complete the contracts by tomorrow evening.
Hakimi will then have a medical in Paris and secure the transfer, less than a year after his €45m move from Real Madrid to San Siro.
