Injured defender Merih Demiral has revealed that he will continue to work at home after Juventus decided to take “precautionary” measures.
Juventus announced last night that 121 people will spend two weeks in self-isolation and as Cristiano Ronaldo immediately travelled to stay with his mother in Portugal, he will remain there for the duration of the quarantine, in constant contact with the medical staff at the Bianconeri.

Defender Daniele Rugani tested positive for the COVID-19 and Demiral has moved to reassure fans that all is well and encourages people to take the “necessary measures” during the Coronavirus outbreak.
Demiral ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament with additional meniscus damage on Sunday January 12 during a 2-1 win against Roma and he was currently following a rehabilitation programme at the J-Medical Centre.
“Our club has made some decisions for precautionary reasons,” Demiral wrote on Twitter. “So, I will continue my studies at home for a while.
“I’m fine, my health is OK and there is nothing to worry about. Thanks to those who have provided their support. Please take all the necessary measures.”
