Fiorentina have prepared a bumper contract to keep Federico Chiesa at the club, reports La Repubblica.

Chiesa was the subject of a €70m offer from Juventus last summer, only for new President Rocco Commisso to reject the bid.

Commisso sees Chiesa as the cornerstone of his new club, and wants to keep the winger in Florence for the forsseeable future.

La Repubblica states that Commisso has prepared a contract extension that will keep Chiesa at the club until the end of the 2023-24 season.

La Repubblica states that Commisso has prepared a contract extension that will keep Chiesa at the club until the end of the 2023-24 season.

The Rome daily suggests that the contract would be worth up to €4m per season, with bonuses included.

The decisive meeting is scheduled between Commisso and Federico’s father, former Fiorentina striker Enrico Chiesa, in mid-March, in which the 22-year-old could agree to the extension.
