Juventus have long been interested in signing the Brazilian, whose contract expires at the end of the season.

The 31-year-old is reportedly keen to stay in London due to family reasons, but during an interview with Esporte Interativo, Willian painted a less than positive picture.

“Chelsea have offered me a two-year contract extension, and they will not change their offer,” Willian told the Brazilian TV channel.

“I told them that I wanted three years. The sitiation is very difficult. I don’t really know if it will be possible to stay.”

This could prompt Juve into action, as they have a history of signing players as free agents over the last decade.

Willian has been at Chelsea since 2013.
