It is reported that Torino are interested in signing defender Juan Jesus from Roma, although he would cost €15m.

The Brazilian centre-back made 29 appearances in all competitions for the Giallorossi last season, helping Eusebio Di Francesco’s team finish third in Serie A and reach the Champions League semi-finals.

However, he appears to be behind Kostas Manolas and Federico Fazio in the Stadio Olimpico side’s defensive pecking order, having started only 18 matches in the League over the last campaign.

As such, Tuttosport claims the Granata believe they can tempt Jesus to Turin.

According to the Italian daily, the 26-year-old could be swayed by the fact he previously worked with Toro Coach Walter Mazzarri while the duo were at Inter.
