Torino have reportedly agreed a deal with Nicolas Burdisso, who could sign later today.

The defender has spent much of his career in Italy, representing Inter, Roma and Genoa and his agent confirmed yesterday that “only the signatures” were missing.

Today Tuttosport is reporting that Burdisso’s move to Toro is a done deal, with the centre-back signing a one-year contract with the option for another.

Burdisso won four Scudetti during his time with Inter, making over 100 appearances before moving to Roma.

He has also been capped 49 times by Argentina, scoring against Egypt and Mexico.
