Bayern Munich midfielder Renato Sanches is heading to Swansea City on loan, despite Milan, Juventus and Inter interest.

According to Sky Sport Italia transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio, the Portugal international is on his way towards Wales.

Milan had been most interested in bringing in Sanches, but they wanted an option to buy or to take the player outright.

Bayern have no intention of losing him, they just want some more regular playing time to help him develop.

However, the latest reports from Sky suggest it'll be a €5m loan with €30m option to buy.

On the other hand, Sportitalia claim Swansea will pay €8.5m just to have Renato Sanches on loan for a year with no option.

Premier League minnows are proving popular for this sort of deal, as Paris Saint-Germain benchwarmer Grzegorz Krychowiak is also close to a loan move for West Bromwich Albion.
