The Rossoneri drew 0-0 with Carpi last night, and Carlos Bacca was visibly angry when he was substituted, though the Colombian striker has since apologised.

Having been awarded the Golden Tapir [a gag prize given to someone who has had a bad week] for two weeks in a row by Striscia La Notizia, he will tonight be given the ‘Gongolo’, reserved for those with reason to be happy.

“I’m not happy about Milan, I also drew with Carpi,” Mihajlovic noted as he was given the statue.

“The tension that was there wasn’t there with Mihajlovic. I never saw Bacca angry when he went off.

“When I was Milan I got on well with and loved all my players.”

As a former Lazio player, Mihajlovic was also asked about Francesco Totti’s situation at Roma.

“If the people want Totti to stay it’s right, because he’s led them into the Champions League.”
