The 2006 World Cup winner is available on a free transfer after his contract at Milan expired last month.
“There isn’t a club for him at this moment in time,” stated agent Marcello Bonetto. “He is on holiday, but he wants to continue.

“At this stage I don’t know if his future will be in Italy or abroad.”
The full-back, who can play on either flank, is now 35 and has played for Como, Bari, Juventus and Barcelona in his career.
He won 98 caps for his country.
