Antonio Cassano has again been linked with a move away from Milan, but this time his destination is Palermo.

FantAntonio is unhappy at the lack of playing time he has received since joining from Sampdoria in January.

He appeared off form so far this summer and is slipping down the pecking order behind Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Robinho and Alexandre Pato.

A move to Fiorentina” data-scaytid=”13″>Fiorentina has been suggested for some time, but a new theory is emerging that he could join Palermo.

According to the Corriere dello Sport, Palermo have targeted Cassano as the ideal replacement for Javier Pastore following the Argentine's €43m move to Paris Saint-Germain.

The Sicilians could also cover his €2.5m per season wages, so a loan deal is not out of the question.

Cassano needs regular playing time this season because Italy boss Cesare Prandelli warned he'll only pick first team regulars for the Euro 2012 tournament.

More reports of problems at Milan have emerged this week, including Coach Massimiliano Allegri publicly urging Cassano to lose weight during a training session.
