There is one unnamed Italian club who are interested in signing Javier Pastore this summer, Palermo have revealed.

The Argentine international will be sold and President Maurizio Zamparini last week suggested that Real Madrid and Chelsea were in pole position.

However, the Stadio Barbera chief now claims that a Serie A club is monitoring the playmaker's availability.

"There is a 99 per cent chance that Pastore will be sold," Zamparini noted. "But there are no new developments.

"Let's say that we are making progress with four clubs and there is also an Italian side that is in the shadows."

Zamparini refused to name which Italian outfit were keen, but he seemed to narrow it down to just the Milan sides.

"It's not Napoli," continued Zamparini. "Only Milan, Inter and Juventus” data-scaytid=”12″>Juventus could be an Italian destination, but Juve have hired Antonio Conte this summer."

Zampa has previously declared that Juve would not sign the player as Conte doesn't see how he would fit into his 4-2-4/4-4-2 system in Turin.

The South American is valued at €50m. Malaga and Manchester City are also thought to be interested.
