Eusebio Di Francesco wants to see a “more fluid” Roma in tonight’s friendly with Tottenham Hotspur.

The Giallorossi drew 1-1 with Paris Saint-Germain in the first game of the US tour, before losing on penalties.

“We’ve put some training in our legs but there’s a lot to work on,” Di Francesco said in his pre-match Press conference.

“I like the willingness of the lads to learn what I want them to do. There’s still so much to work on, but I knew that when we came here.

“We can grow as a team and from an offensive point of view.

“I expect to see growth from a tactical and teamwork point of view [against Spurs]. I hope for more fluid movement, which I didn’t see against PSG.

“Transfers? The club and the sporting director [Monchi] are working well, and when you want to grow a team you need to have two players in every position.”
