“In my view it’s like a Final,” Real Madrid Coach Zidane told TMW while on vacation in Merano.
“The way I see it, the Spaniards are a step ahead of the Italians right now.”

Spain finished runners-up in their group after a 2-1 defeat to Croatia, while the Azzurri fell 1-0 to the Republic of Ireland having already secured top spot.
“Italy’s loss to Ireland was almost normal. It was a dip in concentration after two consecutive victories and with a reshuffled squad.
“Now they will have to measure themselves up against Spain. This is an important game.”
