“It won’t be easy, but we hope to conclude the move by the end of this week. Mauro wants to leave London and he really likes the idea of playing for Fiorentina. He is playing regularly for West Ham, so they don’t want to let him go, but his desire now is to play for Fiorentina.”
According to SportItalia, the two clubs have indeed reached an agreement worth €3m plus bonuses.
It is also claimed that Zarate is prepared to reduce his waged so that he can make the transfer back to Italy, having previously played for Lazio and Inter.
