Hat-trick hero Duvan Zapata has warned Lazio that Atalanta are “better in attack” ahead of their direct clash in the next round.
After his three goals helped La Dea to a 7-2 win against Lecce on Sunday, Zapata admitted that they still have to improve on some aspects but felt the Orobici are “expressing excellent football”.
“It’s great to play in this team,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “We are expressing excellent football, but we must improve in defence, all together.

The next match is against Lazio, who are currently fighting for the Scudetto this campaign, but Zapata doesn’t fear the Biancoceleste.
“We have shown that we are strong and that we are placing a lot on this season,” he said. “The data say that we have a better attack because we have scored more.
“They are still strong and in the next game we will have a lot of motivation to play. The best team will win.”
