The Argentine was part of Mourinho’s treble-winning Nerazzurri team of 2010 and, speaking to Tuttosport, he was asked whether he sees similarities between the Portuguese tactician and Old Lady boss Conte.
He also commented on Juve’s remarkable consistency in Serie A which has enabled them to win three consecutive Scudetti.
“They (Juve) have done something fantastic and they have shown amazing consistency,” Zanetti said.
“As with [Diego] Simeone, Antonio is also a Coach out on the field and he has transferred his personality and his determination to the team.
“Is he like Mourinho? Jose is unique, but Conte also has his characteristics. If Juve have won three Scudetti in a row it’s down to him.
“Lippi’s Juve had Zidane and other stars, but this team is more of a group.
“For me, Juventus signals rivalry and great battles. Torino however have always been very nice to me, in Argentina they have a certain charm.”
