The Derby d’Italia has always been a tense affair, never more so than after the infamous ‘penalty’ not awarded to Ronaldo in Turin and the 2006 Calciopoli scandal.
“Within me, I still feel that something is missing, but we made up for it later and it was wonderful to win everything a few years later with the Treble.
“Ronaldo was unstoppable not just for our opponents, but also for us who had to mark him in training. I tried a few times, but never managed to catch him.”
