“We played very well in fits and starts, but never gave up,” said Forte in his Press conference.
“It was very important for us to get these three points in order to put ourselves in the running for qualification. We don’t want to go out in the first round.
“Napoli lost some of their usual form due to the squad rotation. That was the key to the victory, along with our grit.
“I expected Gonzalo Higuain to start, so I was very happy when I saw the line-up. It was wonderful seeing Callejon, Hamsik and Higuain all on the bench.”
