Barcelona have gathered together at Camp Nou to watch Inter’s match against Viktoria Plzen and cheer on the Czechs, hoping to keep their Champions League ambitions alive.

It kicks off at San Siro at 17.45 UK time (16.45 GMT).

You can follow all the build-up and action as it happens from this match and Napoli-Rangers on the LIVEBLOG.

The Nerazzurri will be guaranteed qualification for the Round of 16 if they win this game, therefore sending Barcelona down to the Europa League.

In a sign of what some have called desperation, Barcelona coach Xavi announced during his press conference yesterday that he would bring the entire squad together several hours early at Camp Nou ahead of tonight’s match against Bayern Munich, so they can watch Inter and cheer on Viktoria Plzen.

The Czech side have not picked up a single point so far in this Champions League campaign.

Inter got themselves in this position thanks to a 1-0 home win over Barcelona and the thrilling 3-3 draw at Camp Nou, where they had twice been leading.

Marco Materazzi was not impressed with the situation and told Inter TV that “Xavi should stop thinking about Inter and focus on Barcelona for once.”
