The Lega Calcio announced the adjustments to the round on the weekend of December 18 and 19.
Cesena-Cagliari opens the action at 17.00 UK time on Saturday December 18, followed by the big match Milan-Roma in the evening.
Lazio welcome Udinese for the lunchtime kick-off at 11.30 UK time on Sunday December 19.
The Sunday evening match is the Genoa derby at Marassi.
