Sampdoria goalkeeper Emiliano Viviano is aiming for a place in the Italy squad for Euro 2016.
The 30-year-old has won six caps for the Azzurri, and has won praise for his performances in the Blucerchiati goal this season.
“I’ll work and try to do the best I can,” Viviano told reporters outside a charity dinner.
“You have to respect the choices of the CT [Antonio Conte] but all the goalkeepers are good. I’ve had a good season, but I’m not alone in that.”
