According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Villarreal have seen an initial approach for the Frenchman rejected.
Biabiany’s career had been in doubt when he was diagnosed with a cardiac irregularity in September 2014.
He was out for a year, but recovered and left Parma to rejoin his old club in July 2015.
