Juan Carlos Garrido insists his Villarreal side aren't afraid of playing Napoli in the second leg of their Europa League knock out tie at El Madrigal on Thursday.

Villarreal drew 0-0 at the San Paolo last week and while there is a fear that they may concede an away goal, confidence isn't lacking among the players.

"We'll have a 50 per cent chance of going through," Garrido said. "The important thing will be to repeat the game we played in Italy.

"We have always managed to express ourselves at a high level at home thanks also to the decisive support we get from our supporters.

"We hope that the home advantage factor is decisive. This will be a game to watch, the ideal for everyone who loves football.

"We have to live this match with the necessary enthusiasm.

"Napoli are doing very well in Italy. They are second and will have a great desire to go forward also in Europe.

"Napoli have important players who form a very well organised block, above all in defence.

"We have the maximum respect for them but we will play without fear and I am convinced that we will give the best to beat them."
