The Bianconeri have become the latest side to show an interest in the 29-year-old, but he insists he is going nowhere.
"He's a player that everyone wants," said agent Silvano Martina when questioned about the centre-back.
"I talked to him about a hypothetical transfer, but he said: 'I am the captain of Manchester United, earning well, I've won almost everything. Why should I go to Italy right now, when Italian football is going through a few problems?'"
"This response removes any doubt about where his future lies," Martina added. "He stays where he is."
Manchester United beat Fiorentina to Vidic's signature in January 2006 when he was made available by Spartak Moscow.
He signed a new contract with the Premiership giants last year which ties him to the Old Trafford side until 2014.
