Liverpool coach Jurgen Klopp believes Inter are ‘probably the best team in Italy’ and confirms Jordan Henderson will be available for the match against the Nerazzurri tomorrow.

The German tactician previewed the upcoming Champions League clash against Inter at a press conference in Liverpool. You can watch the entire press conference in the video below.

There were concerns over Jordan Henderson’s fitness ahead of the match against the Nerazzurri, but Klopp confirmed that the Italy international will be available for the match.

“Hendo is fine. He got a knock on his knee. Today was the second day of recovery for him and a lot of players, so it was not the longest session for him,” he said.

“Apart from that, there are no issues really. The knee in the game was definitely not comfortable, it was a proper wound, it looks like lips and should not be there. Apart from that, he is fine.”

Liverpool managed a 1-0 win over Burnley over the weekend and Klopp clearly expects a different match against the Serie A champions.

“It’s massive between Burnley and Inter in some parts and some parts not so much as it’s still a football game,” he said.”

“I’m pretty sure it won’t be as windy or rainy as it was at Burnley. Inter are a top-class team with top-class players, no disrespect to the others but probably the best team in Italy. They look rock-solid, have creativity, very well drilled.

“They are a top-class team and we needed a top-class performance to even have a chance.

“We go there to get a result, whatever it means. I don’t know what will be a good result at the moment. Winning would be great, maybe a draw we would have to take. First, we have to play the game.”
