There is video of former Inter midfielder Christian Eriksen practicing his free kicks just across the border in Switzerland, as he awaits a potential Premier League or Eredivisie opportunity.

The Dane had to terminate his contract with Inter by mutual consent, because the Italian rules ban anyone with an implanted defibrillator from taking part in any competitive physical sport.

He had the implant after his heart stopped during Denmark’s game with Finland at UEFA EURO 2020 in June.

It means not only can Eriksen not play in Italy, but he’s not allowed to train either, so is currently just across the border in Switzerland with Chiasso.

Footage has emerged of the former Ajax and Tottenham Hotspur player practicing his free kick technique.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Eriksen is likely to seek a new opportunity playing in the Premier League or Eredivisie.
