Chile Coach Jorge Sampaoli has backed Arturo Vidal and says the midfielder is determined to return to his best form.
The 27-year-old has fallen under scrutiny in Turin for reports over why he was dropped from the Juventus starting XI against Roma, and the subsequent fall-out from that episode.
For his international Coach, though, currently working with him for games against Peru and Bolivia, focus is only on football.

“I see in his eyes the hope of returning to the Vidal that has enchanted the world,” Sampaoli has told reporters this week.
“I do not know what happened in Turin, his knee is fine and I only care about what he is doing here.”
