Inter midfielder Arturo Vidal has revealed he had ‘opportunities in the past’ to join a Premier League club and stressed ‘there’s still time’.

One day after Antonio Conte was announced the new coach at Tottenham Hotspur, Vidal was asked on social media if he could picture himself playing in the Premier League in the future.

Conte brought the Chile international to Inter from Barcelona on a free transfer and Vidal hinted he could be open to reunite with the Italian in London by claiming ‘there’s still time’.

The Nerazzurro star chatted with his followers on Instagram and revealed he also had chances of moving to the Premier League previously.

“I have had opportunities in the past, but in the end nothing happened,” Vidal said on social media. “But there’s still time.

“We will see how this year goes, what will happen and what my future destiny will be. But this year I want to give everything and fight for Inter.”
