“Serie A is a very difficult League, so you have to be on the button all the time. We’re going to Genoa looking for the result and a positive scoreline is the best medicine.”

There have been reports that Luca Toni is lobbying Verona to sign Cassano, who is out of contract after terminating his deal with Parma.

“I never spoke about him with Toni, although I know Antonio is a great player. We have to focus on the game against Genoa. For anything else, you’d need to ask the club.”
