Verona have lost Juanito Gomez to a hamstring injury, the club has confirmed in a statement.
The striker has made 15 appearances for the Butei in Serie A this season, scoring once but will now probably be out until after Christmas.
“The diagnostic tests performed on Juanito Gomez late this morning showed a first grade lesion of the femoral bicep in his left leg.
“The recovery time will be evaluated by the evolution of the clinical picture.”
